CSPM is committed to promoting public confidence in our industry. We firmly believe in clear and transparent processes and providing safe and secure environments for both car park users and our employees. In order for us to maintain our professional practices, we invest heavily in our staff and the innovative ways in which we do business. We provide our own in-house training seminars and we meet regularly with industry experts within our partnering companies to ensure that we stay ahead of legislation and forthcoming industry changes.
British Parking Association
CSPM are Approved Operators and Members of the British Parking Association (BPA). The BPA is responsible for promoting best practice within the traffic management and parking industry within England and Wales. The Approved Operator Scheme (AOS) was launched in 2007 and exists to ensure that the high standards required by the BPA for membership are maintained by it’s members. All AOS members have their processes and systems audited regularly by the BPA.
POPLA
The independent appeals service for Parking Charges Notices issued on private land. The service is administered by The Ombudsman Service Limited.
DVLA

In order to obtain vehicle keeper details, parking operators must be a member of a DVLA Accredited Trade Association. One of two trade associations in the UK, the British Parking Association Approved Operator Scheme (BPA AOS) fulfills this requirement by being a DVLA recognised accredited trade association. CSPM’s processes and systems are regularly audited by the DVLA.

Park Mark
The Safer Parking Scheme is an Association of Chief Police Officers initiative aimed at reducing crime in parking facilities within the UK. It is the national standard for car parks that have demonstrated that they have security measures in place to ensure the safety of people and the protection of property. A Park Mark is awarded to each car park that achieves the requirements. Car parks that display the Park Mark signage are proven to be a safe environment for its users.
Secured By Design
Secured by Design focuses on crime prevention of homes and commercial premises, it promotes the use of security standards for a wide range of applications and products. The principles have been proven to achieve a reduction in crime rates.
