Parking Patrol Officer System
High profile, uniformed parking officers patrol your facilities and in accordance with the appropriate approved signage will issue a parking charge notice to unauthorised vehicles. Using the latest in handheld computers, a printed parking charge notice is left with the vehicle. Using our own integrated enforcement software the information is sent in real-time to our parking charge notice processing office.
We understand that our parking officers are an extension of your business. All our front-line parking officers are immaculately presented in our own corporate design company parking uniform and high visibility PPE equipment. They are all first-aid trained and the majority are SIA Licensed Security Officers. They are trained in accordance with our company code of practice, the British Parking Association (BPA) guidelines and the Security Industry Authority (SIA) guidelines. They also provide an exceptional level of customer service.
ANPR
Automatic Number Plate Technology (ANPR) Systems capture vehicle registration plates and process unauthorised parking charge notices through the post. This system can be used as a standalone enforcement system or it can be integrated in a variety of ways. ANPR can be used to work alongside parking pay machines, and also integrated to work seamlessly with barriers and access gates. By in-putting predetermined registration numbers, barriers and gates open to allow access when an authorised vehicle approaches.

Self Ticketing System
Suited to smaller, owner enforced parking facilities. We supply the appropriate car park signage and equipment in order for you to patrol the car park yourself and issue tickets to unauthorised vehicles. We take care of the back office administration and any debt enforcement needs. We conduct a thorough site survey and assess any health and safety issues. We also take you through our own parking officer training to enable to you conduct this role professionally and at the high standards that we and our clients expect.
Parking Marshalls
It’s always nice to have a parking marshall on hand to deal with customer issues and to point people in the right direction. We understand that our parking marshalls are an extension of your business. As well as enforcement, our parking marshalls are the first port of call for any issues that may arise at your premises, they are all first-aid trained and the majority are SIA Licensed Security Officers. They are trained in accordance with our company code of practice, the British Parking Association (BPA) guidelines and the Security Industry Authority (SIA) guidelines, they also provide an exceptional level of customer service.
